In response to your requests, we are thrilled

1. Our new weight loss group is a 9-week
program combining the best of weight-loss
training and non-impact aerobic exercise in a
fun, supportive environment. (No spinning
experience necessary.) This class is limited
to the first 13 people who register, and is
expected to fill up quickly.
2. Unlimited spinning for six months for only

A 9-Week Weight Loss Group Program
Led by Shadyside Spin instructor and licensed
counselor, Elizabeth Patterson, this course
promises to help you lose weight and feel
better in and about your body.
Lose Weight – Have Fun – Meet People
April 3 to June 5, Tu. & Th. 7:45-9:00 p.m.
A 9-week weight loss program combining the best
of weight-loss training and non-impact aerobic
exercise in a fun, supportive environment.
(No spinning experience necessary)
Each course will have up to 13 people. You
must commit to all 9 weeks (make-up classes
can be arranged if necessary).
Program includes:
- Spinning twice a week with the group and
optionally one other time each week
- Stretching exercises
- Light-weight upper body training
- Nutritional coaching
- Group support and information provided to
help remove social and psychological barriers
to weight loss
- All participants will receive a Shadyside
Spin binder filled with weight loss tools,
educational materials and a journal
The all-inclusive price is $495.00.

Due to popular demand, we now have a special
price for those wishing to spin whenever they
want (subject to availability, of course).
You can spin from now until September
15 for only $595. If you spin 3 times a
week, that's a savings of $575! If you spin
more than that, it's highway robbery!
