Join us for a 6-week weight loss program combining non-impact aerobic exercise, wellness and nutrition education and a fun, supportive environment.

(No spinning experience necessary!)

 

About the Program

 

April 7, 2010 — May 26, 2010

Every Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm and Sunday 3:30-5:30pm

Led by Shadyside Spin instructor and licensed counselor, Elizabeth Patterson, this course promises to help you lose weight and feel better.

You will meet with the same group of up to 12 people who be there along the way to support you in achieving your weight loss goals.

The program includes:

  • Spinning twice a week with the group and one other time each week

  • Strength training and yoga

  • Nutritional coaching

  • Group support and information provided to help remove social and psychological barriers to weight loss

  • A weight-loss binder filled with tools, educational materials and a food journal

Past SpinTrim clients lost an average of 10-20 pounds in the program.
