About the Program

 

Led by Shadyside Spin instructor and licensed counselor, Elizabeth Patterson, this course promises to help you lose weight and feel better in and about your body.   

  • Each course will have up to 13 people

  • You must commit to all 9 weeks (make-up classes can be arranged if necessary)

 Program includes:

  • Spinning twice a week with the group and optionally one other time each week
  • Stretching exercises
  • Upper body training with light weights
  • Nutritional coaching
  • Group support and information provided to help remove social and psychological barriers to weight loss
  • All participants will receive a Shadyside Spin binder filled with weight loss tools, educational materials and a journal
